We just took a family vacation to Maui. The weather was so nice and it is so beautiful there. I was hard to come home to 30 degree weather. Why do we live in Utah??? hehe

I love seeing the turtles in Hawaii.
Carsens favorite gift was the xbox 360 that santa brought. Carsens non-favorite gift, the clothes i bought him. He said clothes are boring.

If you look really, really, really close you might be able to see a little black dot. That is the black bear we saw in yellowstone.

Looks like a fun trip!! The whale pictures are amazing, I can't wait we go in 4 weeks. I love this time of year over there. What side did you stay on? fun times!!
I didn't know you were going to Hawaii! What a fun place to take only ONE kid! I can't imagine doing it with my crew, but with one kid, it would be a blast! I love the picture of the sea turtle on the side-that is a great picture! I am jealous of your tan, but you are always more tan than I am no matter what time of year it is! :)

We took our boys to Maui (left Alice with Grandma) last year this time. It was amazing. We took an inflatable raft out to whale watch and the whales would go right under the boat and breach on the other side. We actually did it twice because it was one of the coolest things I've ever done in my life. Looking back it seems pretty dangerous because of the size of the whales.....but I would do it every day if I could.
