Matt won the gold at the Summer Games triathlon in his age group and 5th overall.  Way to go Matt!!  I guess it's my turn now to win a gold medal.....

Its amazing that you can go from a snowy cold day to a sunny warm one in just the matter of driving 5 hours.  That is what is so great about St. george!!!

We just took a family vacation to Maui.  The weather was so nice and it is so beautiful there.  I was hard to come home to 30 degree weather.   Why do we live in Utah???  hehe

I love to camp.  Ok I am trying  to learn to love to camp.  We went to Smith Moorehouse.  Carsen had a blast.  The things we do for our kids.  Actually it was pretty fun, minus being dirty the whole time.
